A PaperArtsy Creative Play Day
Join Kate on this colourful possibly messy (!) creative play day using all things PaperArtsy. The day will begin with creating papers using the fabulous intensive Paper Artsy Infusions, along with stencils and stamps of course, which we’ll then use to create a pull out concertina book featuring collage stamps and a multi layered collaged cover. Kate provides much of what you need in kit form meaning you can get off to a flying start. Everything you need will be demonstrated step by step and also comes with a handout to keep you on track! Stitching is nowhere near as scary as it sounds but it is always optional and alternatives are provided because there is always another way. Of course you may choose to complete this project using the newer, so new they’re not released yet stamps! Kate will share steps for how to add extra pages as this is a project that can grow and grow so you may choose to focus on this all day if you wish. However, some of you may choose to let this project grow at home and play with other things in the afternoon, as Kate will also share ideas using the NEW and not yet released PaperArtsy Christmas stamps (shhhhh!)
On the day you will have access to Kate’s full range of Paper Artsy stamps giving you lots of options for creating.
Much of the materials and equipment will be provided but you may want to bring along some of your own:
Scissors
Glue
Paper trimmer
Bone folder
Watercolours and small brush
Dark pencil – Stabilo All or similar
White paint pen – Posca 1M

I had a really fantastic time. It's the people, the teacher, and the environment, it just brings out the best in all of us. Thanks for the brilliant tips Kate, I'll never forget them.
Well I've had the most enjoyable day today. I really had a lot of fun at Art from the Heart (AFTH), .... it should be dished out as therapy ..... I sang all the way home in the car on cloud nine! The paint-ier my hands (and face) got today the happier I became. Kate Crane was of course on top form again drawing out the secret artist inside you. I'm always surprised about all the creative things I've made when I get home. If you've not been for a class there, then you should seriously think about having a go.
What a great weekend - I am inspired and had a fabulous time. You are an amazing teacher who seems effortlessly to help others find their creative side. I am excited to carry on with my unfinished pages. It was great meeting you and seeing all of your fantastic work first hand - thank you for the tips you shared with us, for your time, ideas and encouragement. I look forward to taking another workshop with you in future.
